I forced myself to go to the gym after work today and I'm glad. At the gym the treadmill only lets your run 20 minutes and it takes me about 13 minutes to run a mile. Luckily today I had to tie my shoelace and so I stopped the count and reset it. I was able to run for a lil over 30 minutes with cooldown and thus run two miles! I was so proud of myself. My goal is to be able to run 3 miles.

Random thoughts:1.I have a dilemma. I want to work out but at my cousins house the parking sucks. So I can't very well go to the gym after work. That leaves me with working out before work, which is feasable since I don't go in until 9. However, we all know that I am no morning person.
